We take this ethos seriously, at every stage of the service process, from an effective selection process through initial and on-going formal training and development ensuring that our cleaning staff are competent for the tasks at hand. The team comprises;

Support Manager

Responsible for the overall Operational Management and Administration of the operations team comprising;

Area Supervisors

Reporting to the Support Manager, responsible for training of new and existing cleaning personnel, carrying out site audits, implementing agreed corrective actions and providing support in cases of unplanned absences.

Team Leader

Reporting to Area Supervisors, responsible for all aspects of day to day delivery of cleaning service for a single client site or sites where there are 3 or more cleaners assigned.
